One-bedroom suites are located on floors 4 through 19, and have large balconies with oceanfront views (all rooms face the ocean directly). Almost all units are decorated in a colorful Art Deco style, with bright yellow, blue, and white color schemes. Suites contain kitchens equipped with stoves, microwaves, dishwashers, refrigerators with icemakers, and utensils. All units also have ceiling fans, VCRs, and dial-up Internet access.

Located on the only traffic-free beach in Daytona Beach (one where cars are not allowed on the sand), this resort is right next door to Ocean Walk Village, a four-story complex of shops, theaters, restaurants, and cafes. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, including a large freeform pool, a waterslide and waterfall, and a winding Lazy River pool that loops around a putting green located on a small island. A sundeck surrounds the pools. The hotel also offers the “Full Swing” Golf Simulator giving golfers “virtual reality” practice sessions at courses such as Pebble Beach and Pinehurst. There are also 22 real golf courses in the area, and hotel staff can help with arrangements for tee times. Water-sports equipment can be rented nearby.

The hotel has an indoor pool and a large outdoor freeform pool that overlooks the beach. There’s a waterslide and waterfall, and also a skinny, winding Lazy River Pool, which loops around an island putting green. The hotel also offers the “Full Swing” Golf Simulator, giving golfers “virtual reality” practice sessions at courses such as Pebble Beach and Pinehurst. And an on-site fitness center provides cardiovascular equipment, Nautilus machines, free weights, and benches. Equipment for Jet Skiing, snorkeling and scuba diving, parasailing, and surfing can be rented nearby. Canoe and kayak tours are also popular—one of the closest is at New Smyrna Beach, 17 miles south. There are 22 golf courses in the Daytona Beach area: Daytona Beach Golf Course is 4.5 miles from the hotel and Cypress Head Golf Course is 16 miles away.
