Driving directions from Daytona Beach International Airport: Exit onto Hwy 92/International Speedway Blvd and drive east across the bridge to A1A/Atlantic Ave. Turn left onto A1A and continue for 9 blocks. The hotel is on the right.
Getting there: Metered taxi fare is in the $5–$15 range. Public buses run from in front of the terminal’s main entrance with fares less than $5 but require a transfer. Rental cars, Town Cars, and limousines are more than $36. Fees subject to change without notice. Rental cars are available from this Web site.
Getting around: Besides walking to the beach, guests can stroll to a number of gift shops and restaurants on either side of the hotel or to the shopping and entertainment area of the boardwalk just a few blocks south. For a lift, guests can catch either a bus or turn-of-the-century style trolley. The trolley runs from mid-January through Labor Day in September and stops across the street. Buses stop by the hotel. Both are widely used and make travel up and down A1A convenient. Single fares for buses and trolleys are less than $5. Fees are subject to change without notice. Driving is the best way to explore farther along A1A and driving is permitted on designated lengths of the beaches during daylight hours.
